This is a very angry album... We had just gotten back from a tour that tried to kill us, we were sick of AETO, and we were ready to try something a little more serious. Allen found the name in a dictionary and thought it looked cool. DOTWF is the very first Malamute recording, done entirely in our practice space, using very limited resources (hell, the drums and bass were recorded live onto one track...). It's raw, it's balls-to-the-wall, it's pure rock adrenaline.
